The Chelsea starlet is currently on-loan at http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Racing-c40298 Genk and his agent has quashed rumours linking him with a move to LOSC Lille who are looking for a replacement for Eden Hazard
On Tuesday, La Voix http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Kevin-De-Bruyne-c20717 on-loan from English Premier League side Chelsea. The young midfielder signed for Blues this winter and was loaned back to Genk till the end of the season.
Many people considered the youngster as a potential successor to Eden Hazard who could join Manchester United this summer.
Lille want to find a replacement for their star player and see De Bruyne as the perfect fit for Rudi Garcia’s system.
However, while talking to French journalists, the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Belgium-c2850 international’s agent, De Koster says that Hazard would surely go to England and added that Lille would be a perfect place to develop for De Bruyne. However, the agent says that everything is to the
point of rumours for now.
“There’s been no official contact from LOSC. I am convinced that http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749 and I am confident that Kevin would be a good successor to Lille. If Lille called me, I would tell them to go to Chelsea.”
Moreover, it is Chelsea who hold the key to the youngster’s future. De Bruyne has scored 8 goals in 27 games for Genk this season.
“It is for Chelsea to decide. End of the season, we’ll see with them what they expect from Kevin. They have various examples before. On the other hand, Thibaut Courtois who was loaned to At Madrid. And secondly Lukaku, who play very little.”
Koster then added that the season is still not over for either Chelsea or for Genk as both teams still have matches to play.
LOSC Lille are certainly desperate to find a good replacement for Hazard and De Bruyne is certainly a good one for that matter. However, the player would only be sent to Lille on loan so Les Dogues would do well to look for a long-term replacement for Hazard
rather than going for a player who http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 will send out on loan just so he can develop.
