The Belgian footballer wants to leave Stamford Bridge on a season-long loan in search of regular football, with a possible deal almost confirmed to Werder Bremen.
Chelsea’s attacking midfielder has suggested that he wants to move away on a short-term basis to look for a place in the starting 11 and the loan spell to the German team seems on the cards.
