De La Hoya december fight?

ok well after the forbes fight i was waiting for larry merchant to ask DLH about his december fight, i was also waiting for him to bring up cotto, but he didnt, dont kno why?!?! thats the 1st thing i would asked DLH, but oh well, so do you guyz think h**l be fighting cotto for december?

i hope he fights cotto so he can go home for good...i don't think will fight cotto b/c he doesn't want to retire with a loss, that's the reason the came back after he fought Trinidad....i head he'll be fighting mayweather its the biggest and most profitable fight for him....

It will be either another fight with Mayweather (if he surprisingly beats him in Spetember) or the winner of the Cotto-Margarito fight.

I don’t think he could get past Mayweather on September, and if he really does another fight on December it definitely will not be with Cotto. It could be with a Big Name, but not with the best boxer available. He has to win his last fight.

He won't get a fight with Cotto unless he can get past Mayweather.  I don't see that happening.

I think that Mayweather will send DLH into retirement.

He's gonna be fighting Mayweather next year.  He's not going to go into that fight with a loss which is what Cotto would provide for him.  Mayweather won't even fight Cotto.  Cotto would definately beat De La Hoya, maybe not Mayweather but he is too much of a wild card for any of the entertainers to fight.  Only true boxers who aren't worried about money and their record will step in the ring with him.
