There is a terrible smell in the kitchen for 3 weeks. It seemed to be reducing however has returned in this hot weather. We are unable to get into the cavity without drilling holes in the wall. Do yu have any suggestions that I could use?

  1. Just wait it out... eventually the degraded carcass will have completly rotted away and wont smell anymore

  2. Just a thought - if you have a frost-free fridge it works by dripping out the excess moisture through a small drain tube to somewhere or other.  If this water is contaminated by gunk in your fridge (especially old meat juices) it can smell horrific.

Might be worth a look!  Good luck.

  3. you have to find the source first. If it is your fridge like sarah says it is easy to clean. If its an animal the smell will subsited soon its already been 3 weeks.

  4. It might be worth your while to take down that section of wall, get whatever died in there out, and then put the wall back and paint it again.

    Good luck!

  5. eeeeewwwwww
