Dead carpenter ants all over...

Question

We got back from the weekend and went into one of our bedroom and there were carpenter? ants DEAD all over the bed and some on the floor. Ok, so they are coming in from outside but why would they be dead? Think a professional may be called tomorrow but any ideas?

YA , SOUNDS LIKE THEY HAD ONE HECK OF A PARTY ON YOUR BED BEFORE THEY DIED.  IS THERE SUCH A THING AS VIAGRA FOR ANTS????

Why are you call a professional if you really don't have a problem with

carpenter ants?  Someone might have them sprayed for

them wherever you found them.
