Dead gateway laptop bios

need some help with doing a bios recovery since i can't get any support from gateway..I own a m6319 gateway laptop purchased refurb.. but the tech support for refub **** it is non existent have been playing phone tag for over 2 months now... any help would be much appreciated.....
