Never heard of it.  If you can see, read, why would there be that?  I think it should be looked into by the lotto commission. Call the state lotto commission if you are being scammed or doubt it, go with your gut. Be always careful with any Gambling issues that are new and not seeming quite right.

The only legitimate lottery programs are ones where you go into the store and buy a ticket.

If you ever get an email or letter telling you that you won a lottery you never entered it is a scam, pure and simple.
