Question:

Dealing Roundabout?

I have my driving test coming up within couple of weeks and still struggling to deal with big roundabouts with crisscross road markings. Can anyone advice me any thumb rule to follow, which will make my life easier and probably will pass my test first time.

  1. Entering vehicles must yield to traffic already in the roundabout and to pedestrians in crosswalks.

Traffic in the roundabout always moves counterclockwise.

Choose your lane before entering; once in the roundabout, don't change lanes.

Signal with your right turn signal before exiting the roundabout.

Keep in mind that buses or large trucks need extra room to make turns and might take up more than one lane in a traffic .

  2. Entering vehicles yield at roundabouts,   or traffic circles.   Don't forget turn signals.

The number one rule,   be ready you yield to any other idiot that wants to go.   Safety is the most important thing,  not who goes first.

  3. .

UCANTCME - Come to the UK and drive "counter clockwise" around a roundabout and everyone will C U!!!!!!

The easiest way to make your life easier is to get out and practice more.
