Especially, because school is coming up i'm stressing out so much cause i don't want to deal with the people. Everyday my anxiety just seems to be worse and i also seem to be depressed and i have low self esteem. It hurts really bad and i just want it to stop, i really don't know what to do. It's affecting my everyday life and relationships what can i do to make this go away?

  2. I am assuming that you think other do not like you before you ever really talk to them.

This is called conclusion jumping! It is an error in thinking. Why wouldn't they like you they do not even know you.

Maybe someone don't speak. Ask yourself do I do anything to them? Maybe they are having a bad day.

People can sense negative energy. Relax, you are building this up and the bigger it gets the more anxious you will become.

Think positive.  Don't tell yourself something is wrong with me. You are normal, it is just anxiety. I bet you think people know how you are feeling! They don't.

You know you are anxious, so take it slow. Prepare yourself, don't go up to a big group of kids. start with a few you are comfortable with.

Start telling yourself, I can handle this I am in control, nobody knows I am nervous. And before long you want be.

Stop assuming you know what people think before you actually know. Everybody is not going to like you and that is O K.

    Just be yourself...

  3. If you can go to your parents, do so, and ask them to get you some help for this debilitating condition.

If they are not approachable directly, enlist the help of other family members that you trust, or the school psychologist.

There are multiple treatment methods for this condition.  Usually it involves a mixture of anti-anxiety/depression medication and behavioral therapy modification.  With treatment you'll be able to enjoy life.

  4. Let it go and realize that u cant change whatever u feel, It also helps to wear a rubber band around ur wrist. If u pop it anytime u feel an attack coming on, it will stop the signals ur body is sending to ur brain that u are in danger.
