Dealing with a middle school bus driver that doesn't think my stop exists?

I rode the bus home today and he didn't stop at my stop so i told him that he missed it and what did he say he said that it wasn't a stop so he droped my and another kid off on the other side of a busy intersection my moms going to complain but he also seams like a real jerk what do i do?

You need to stay out of it and let your Mom take care of it.  If the driver was rude to you, inform your Mom of that also.  Just be sure that you are polite to the driver, even if he is a jerk.  It will catch up to him sooner or later.

Your mom needs to contact the Principal or AP of the school, let them know what happened and ask how the route is suppose to run.

Your mom needs to call the bus company and the school and firmly say that the driver WILL be making this stop because your safety is at risk.  Have her stress about the safety issue and that it is not just a "convenience" issue.

Complain to th e pricniple first. Let him handle it. If that doesn't work then your mom needs to go to him and explain. The route drops may have changed go ask the prince if the route is the same if he says yes explain the situation in a nice polite manner if you ar e loud and rude he won't handle it.

Don't worry with what ur mom will complain will be enough to make him drop u off where ur supposed to be ropped off, and if it continues ur mom ant the other kid's mom should complain and u'll get a nicer bus driver.

Go to the principal and say this:

I do not feel safe with this driver. I feel that I am bullied by him and do not feel that I am safe.  

Then have your mom email the principal, superinendent and CC It to the head of transportation.  

Most drivers have no education and have a major attitude. Not all but many.

Have your mother say (and you know what? I SAY LIE IF NECESSARY ) that my son came home frightened and in tears.

explain to your mom what happened, if it is a safety issue she has a right to complain. school needs to make sure all students that they transport arrive home safetly.

first off...your mother needs to get ahold of the bussing department and find out what the stops are.  If the stop you think should be your stop is not on the stop route...then she needs to advise the bussing department that it is a safety issue with you and your friend having to cross the intersection...and that he passes by your stop so why not stop...better safe than sorry right.  As far as the bus driver being a jerk...that may just be a matter of opinion on your part...he's just driving the bus where he's told to ...so don't be to fast to judge....but your mother needs to contact the bussing division and the school board and make it a safety and liability issue...not a convenience issue.  She needs to make it clear that if something happens to one of the kids who have to cross the intersection when the bus could just as easily stop where you think it could then there is a liability to the bus company.  we pay taxes...and of course the bus can't stop at everyones front door...but it can stop in a general area where everyone will be safe getting home.
