Dean guitars?

I'm thinking about getting a custom push-pull Dean EVO for my birthday. But what type of music are Dean guitars made for? I want to play classic rock. Or a sound along the lines of Jimmy Page, Slash & stuff like that.

If you want a good guitar for that type of music, get an Epiphone Les Paul or a Jackson.

The Jackson has active electronics and 24 fret which is more into what you are looking for. It has amazing sustain, a floyd rose tremolo that stays in tune.

Dean Guitars are made for metal along the lines of Pantera and Megadeath

For a sound like Paige and Slash you would want to go for a Les Paul (gibson or Epiphone)
