A homeschool mom asked for a set of books and I sent them to her and she won't pay. She says she sent a money order, but I haven't received it and she knows that. Now she won't answer my emails to her. I have been very kind to her. Can you help? Michelle

  1. It will be hard to collect from this person unless you used paypal or a legitimate company to purchase the books. The internet is most always a costly lesson.

  2. sorry to hear what as happened ,can not add anything follow fonzi`s advice hope things turn out ok

  3. Mam you SOL. Shes not gonna pay u.

  4. Dear Michelle,

It's  time to stop being kind and be freakin consistent.

Do you have her phone number?

How far away does she live from you??

Do you have emails of your conversation with her about the selling the books?  Did she say she would pay?

Do you have proof that she got the books?

    Please

    1.  Save all of your emails

    2. You need proof,

    3. take her to smalls claim court if she doesn't pay up.

    4.

    Save all of your evidence.

Or give us her email, and we will email her and tell her to pay up..... What is her name, or Avatar's name, so we can watch out for her.

  7. hopefully you sent them to her certified, where she'd had to sign for it- mail so you have proof. without that,  more than likely, you have learned a good lessen the hard way- don't send products before payments- if she did send a money order, she could call where she purchased that and put  a track and stop payment on it- her not answering e-mails pretty much tells you she never sent it to begin with.
