How are there skinny jeans?? Will they fit me?? i fit 00 cause im still young (13) so my height is smaller then adult.

im a 00 too. well it depends on the store. most only have larger sizes. i was looking all over and couldnt find my size. btw the quality is not good. there were shorts there and they already had a rip in them. but its pretty cute. and its way cheap.
