Dear i am working in a multinational company, but not satisfied with the Job?

Question

The companys environment is not good, the employes are playing policts, what should i have to do whether to quit the Job or should stay.

The direct employee (My Heads) are very cooperative, but the colleges are not. Actually we are very far from our head office which is in chennai and we are at Andaman and Nicobar Islands. And i am very to New to this type of environment.

Please guide me what should i do to stay back in the company, i dont want to quit the Job, because i was loved by myHeigher authorites for my work that i have been doing for the company. But our colleges are taking my advantages, they always uses me for their betterment and all the credits goes to them, which i dont like. and if anything goes wrong then they but blames on me.... i think u all can understand the situtation..... due to this reason since last few week i couldnot concentrate on my works.

Please expecting a swift response from my friends i.e.. You all..........

such sort of colleagues u will find everywhere and hence it is no use running away. be bold and face. do your job self confidently and try to excel. donot care about others' remarks too much. talk less in office and do more. if u have to talk to anyone be polite even if they are cunning. soon u will find change for the better.

dont worry at all, i am selling in same boat,what i do is "selective listening",also i try to create happieness around me in my own ways,like buying tea/coffee for colleague just like that to prove my point, that  YOU CANNOT BOGGLE ME DOWN"  and always have smiling face and give people complex instead of you getting any complex         be in touch,and keep us posted

Dear freind,

as u wrote that ur head is satisfied with ur work

this is the reasonwhy other employee r not feeling good.

becouse this is the nture of someone that the don't want to see that someone willgrow up.

but this will be for very short period.becose they want to  tease u.face it and prove yourself.
