Dear sirs, i always play chess but i can't write to my player i see his writing but he can't?

dear ,I like to play chess alot and chatting with other players but unfortuntly i can't write for unknown reason , I can see what the other side write but when I want to write I don't find any place to write in so I go to the profile of the player and send a message and even this mesage appears as I whisper to him . I'll be very gratful if you solve this problem
