Dear yahoo a number of times i have been playing a game of chess and the board goes blank whats up?

i will be playing a game of chess and staart to winn and my screen goes blank and it is my move and the clock is running and i cannot move. It appears that the opposing player is doing something unethical is this the case? Is there someone that we can report these players to? Thanks
