Question:

Death, grieving, and depression?

I believe my mom is suffering from depression.

She just lost her mother who was only 67 years old. She has been very sick for the 7 years before she died. She took her last breath in front of my mom and now my mom is stuck with funereal costs because there was no will in place.

Does anyone know really good books to get to help cope with death, grieving and depression?

I appreciate all advice and suggestions

  1. The Hospice organization has some very helpful info on grieving. Everyone handles grief in their own way but there is no easy way to get through it. My best comfort is when I am talking with people who have been through grieving....not for advice but from them understanding exactly how I feel.

I wish you & your Mom well.
