Pretty sad when you consider if they accomplished one execution  per week it would take 14 years to get through them all.  Not counting new sentencing....

hopefully those people on death row are truly guilty , just cause a jury thinks someone is guilty doesn't necessarily make it so.



I've been reading a lot about criminal law lately & it seems to me if your rich & popular you get off and if your poor (regardless of the crime) you just don't get a good defense lawyer and usually must do time.

obviously our court system is okay but not perfect.

i wouldn't want to be the person to point finger at another unless i was perfect, which i'm not

Well considering tax payers are paying for his cell, guards, food, water, electricity, then yes they should. Actually, they [taxpayers] should be allowed to watch if they wanted.

Yep, they should have been busy a long time ago.  People on death row are there for a reason and in most if not all of those cases it's murder of an innocent.  Kill them all and let Satan sort them out.
