  1. A debunked theory. No evidence supports it.

  2. first of all, all stars and matters are formed by "THE BINDING FORCES"

if binding unsuccessfully, then two opposite high engergy electrons collision each other, the result is comets. in binding forces, there are many stages of binding forces, you should start discover out what is the binding forces?....and here is an example, the magnet had two poles, the north and the south poles which bind energy that they called electrons.

  3. Many objects in the Oort cloud are in a region, where the gravity well of the sun goes over to the gravity well of the galaxy. It is a region of instability and objects there can be thrown on a course towards Earth, simply by a large object distorting the gravity well of the sun. But that is not the only process which can create such comets with very high periods (or even being non-periodic, which means, they only appear once and then disappear for ever into space). Collisions inside the Oort cloud can also through objects off course. The shape of the gravity well of the sun also depends on the position of the planets, which are also able to trigger comets.

The Death star theory though, suffers from many other problems, which make it a unlikely explanation for nonperiodic comets. First of all, there is no regular pattern in impact patters in the solar system, which can't be explained also by other regular events (for example the galactic year, planetary alignments).

Next, there is no such object observed, which can be a candidate of being a Death Star. We have a very good knowledge of the stars in the 200 LY around us, including their relative motion and can rule out, that one of them comes close enough to the sun to trigger a larger than usual appearance of comets.

  4. This is an old idea that has been discredited.  After the Alvarez team proved that the K-T extinction was caused by a comet or asteroid impact, it became popular among many geologists to assume that all the major mass extinctions had a similar cause.  Patterns were seen in the extinction events and it was decided by some enthusiasts that there had to be a cause for periodic asteroid or comet impact.  Hence the concept of the Death Star.

There were two problems with this theory:

    1.  Nobody could locate a candidate for the death star.

    2.  Nobody could find any good impact sites for the other extinctions.

Now it appears that all the other extinctions were caused by global warming episodes brought about by flood basalt eruptions.  This screwed with atmospheric chemistry and also changed the oceanic chemistry as well.  Only the KT event was of extraterrestrial origin.  Death Star was a nice idea that no longer explained anything.  No one really takes it seriously anymore other than a few teachers who haven't gotten the word about the flood basalt eruptions.  And amusingly the mass extinction event would probably still have happened without the asteroid crashing down into the Yucatan.  The Deccan Traps eruptions would probably have killed the dinosaurs just as dead, but it would have taken longer.  Chixulub was a coupe de grace.

  5. its gravity and orbit just happens to send comets towards the earth
