Death note volumes...?

okay so i've started collecting death note the anime version,not the manga i've only collected dvd volume 1 and 2 so please don't ruin anything no spoilers meaning,but i know 1-6 are out on dvd with 7 coming out (october 28 2008) and volume 8 coming out (december 30 2008) 1.)can somebody tell me how many dvds there are going to be total 2.)is there anywhere online or not i can buy all of them so i don't have to wait.

They're not that far ahead with all the list of volumes.

But, if you can estimate how many episodes contain in each dvd and the months that they are released, then you can guess how many dvds you are getting.

Geez, you know how much dvd costs? They're that expensive. I just wait for the collection.

Since there are 37 episodes and each volume has 4 episodes each (so far), my guess is that there will be 9 volumes total, with volume 9 having the last 5 episodes.
