Light goes in to confinement he give up ownership of the notebook which is buried in the woods somewhere misa also give up ownership of her deathnote to then Rem (misas Shinigami) takes misas notebook to a comopany owner then killings continue and misa and light are released then L gets a huge building to look for kira Light gets and handcuffed to L just in case and misa lives in the building to later the hand cuffs gget token of and they find kira then light touches the notebook and gets his memorys and remebers that he has a hidden peice of the deathnote in his watch and he has the deathnote in the woods so he tells misa to go get and because she can now live in a house the L gets suspisons of misa being kira again and he would of proved but the rem has shinigami eyes and kills l and she dies because she lengthend misa life span the light says he will take Ls place then later there is a reeal desision on who will be the next L and it was a tie beetween mello near mello gets mad and storms off and near is now l later mello takes the deathnote and they get it bak lights dad dies and then near does an invetigation and plans a meeting with light to prove he was kira during the investagation he had a girl and this guy do the killings  the mello kidnaps the girl the girl kill him the light kills the girl and then at the meeting the guy was hiding behind a door and he has the shinigami eyes so he can see the names of near and every one but light but near replaced the notebook so it didnt work then light sees the names and treis to write them down the gets shot b4 he can then he runs away and then ryuk killed him i would reccomend watching the show because it only 37 episode long and it great
