Explain whether you believe communication is the fundamental process and explain your decision.

Hello:

I do not know a name of it, however ones own thinking and desires could be more fundamental than even communication.  For example there is a group that is not able to communicate meaning to one another...however in order to create a flood plain an individual starts to dam a stream/river...others in the same group see this and once they reason through what is going on...they see the results...they join in.  This is not so much communication as reason.
