Debating Help!- That we overrate our celebrities?

We are on the affirmative side and have to agree with this statement. I need points examples, anything that will back up this statement.

i have been debating my whole life and i am a state runner up.

i know all about debating

asuming you haven't done much debting, these re the things you need

-a caseline

-a definition

-a scope

-a yarstick (or burden of proof)

-points

-allocation

get back to me if you don't know what any of these are because if you don't you are screwed

and get back if you need help with any of these things (ideas etc)

Are you serious?  Just watch Entertainment Tonight; you should find a plethora of reasons to support that.
