Read the definition of slavery outloud

Try to make the point that if people are "slaves" to fashion, they are also salves to many many other things and that devalues the word.

They aren't slaves to fashion, they are slaves to their own vanity, which makes slavery impossible, are they have the free-will to rise above it.

Try to imply to that a culture of victimization is being accepted by many who can't own up to their own standards and morals. etc
