Debating if i should buy a 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer GTS, 2005 -2006 Evolution or 2004 Mustang? Well all i know?

for sure is i want a manual transmission no matter what!!! I want a car that can handle good, that i can modi. for pretty cheap, that's reliable and eye catching???

I also know that the Lancer GTS vs Evo. & Mustang's are not even close to compare since the GTS is only used as a car to get you places and not for perfor. or track but its still on the list. Well this is going to be my 1st car i'm gonna buy and do payments on! Again i'm more of a person that likes fast cars with good handling.
