Debit card declined but money still gone?

Hi i tried to order a jacket from topmans website.. i had more than enough in my bank so i ordred it and it said my card was declined so i tried it a couple of times and it still was declined..so i rang up my bank and they said £70 was going out to topman???? even though on topmans website i havent got no orders with them??

how long will it take for my money to come back 2 my bank?/

the money doesn't come back unless you go fetch it.  call gopman and find out what's going on.  if you can't find them or they don't confirm the order via email or send you the goods, do a fraud report thru your bank

You need to call topman's and have proof (your bank statement) ready for them.  I don't think it will automatically just go back into your bank account, so you need to find a number on the website and call topmans.
