Ok so my mom lived a kentucky and she didnt pay all the money she owed in that state and she moved to indiana is there any website i can go to find all the things she needs to pay

There's a few things you can do.

The first thing to do is check the three credit bureaus, Experian.com, Transunion.com, and Equifax.com.  With her social security number and some basic information, you'll be able to see if there's any debts she's gone delinquent on, and if she's been missing any credit card payments.

The second thing you can do is to give a call to any company she might have used back in Kentucky.  Did she have a cellphone service?  A home phone?  Cable?  Electric?  What about her living arrangements-- did she live in an apartment?  Was her rent paid up?  What about a house?  Was she up to date on her mortgage?  Excise taxes?

It sounds like for whatever reason she's unable to let you know what she was unable to pay, so you're going to have to do some investigative work.  Just think of anything she would have had to pay for back when she lived there, and give a call to those companies.

If you can get her to cooperate you can get a free credit report that will list all her creditors.
