I am a full time student and about 10k in credit card debt combined on 2 credit cards. Yes, I made some stupid choices. I have been unable to get the interest rates lowered on these (one is 17%, the other is 19%). I am looking into a debt management program to get on track to paying these off. can anyone recommend any? I was looking at Greenpath as I heard good things about them.

  2. Hi,

I used "Credit Solution" to settle my debt and improve my credit score. They managed to reduce my debt up to 58%.It's legitimate. I came across this company on NBC News Special Edition.Check it out here:

  3. There are special student credit card debt consolidation program provided by some companies. Wherein based upon your debts and income they provide you with an affordable debt management plan.

Here is the source of a debt consolidation company named http://ezconsolidation.com for you reference who offer all types debt solution

  4. none are good. you will send them your money-- they withhold payments until you are in default and then they start to pay after they negoiate a settlement with the cc companies. Get  a fixed rated loan and pay them off today. These guys are in business to make $$ of your misfortune

  5. I would not go this route. If you can't lower the rates do you get cc offers for low % transfer balances etc? That is one way you might consider. Another is targeting the lower interest rate card and putting extra money towards it.
