the company i worked for folded last month i was on a high wage having worked there for years but i have no formal qualifications so i am going back to college to get a trade , but i had quite a big loan for a car and a holiday as well as a credit card but now cannot afford to pay them back at the full repayments i pay as much as i can but they say they will take me to court , my friend suggested bankrupcty how do you go about this
