  1. Over all you looked decent - I'm sure you heard this from your coach, but I see a couple things you may work on:

    1) defense - you have nice head movement, but you didn't check many leg kicks (even some of his sloppy ones landed).  You also have a tendency to drop your hands as you come in swinging.  Keep them up and you'll be cleaner.

    2) knees - you didn't throw knees in the clinch or close range - I don't know the rules of this competition, but you had tons of opportunities, especially late round 1 and all through round 2.

3)cardio - lucky for you your opponent's cardio sucked.  He was so sloppy round 2 I couldn't believe it.  But you were looking heavy and flat footed too.  I think you'd have real trouble with a guy who had good cardio.

That was the bad stuff - overall you look quite solid.  Good power, crisp punches (but they didn't always come back to defense after you threw them) and powerful kicks early on.  I'd say part of the weakness is due to your cardio, since you looked lighter early in rd 1.

Get out there and do some 3 min intervals for fast recovery and MHR and I'd bet your game improves a LOT.  And work knees in the clinch (if the rules allow).  Nice first bout.  Good luck in your next fights.
