have anyone ever heard of it if so is it a nice nighborhood

You can see the neighborhood by going to http://maps.live.com and typing in the "Eagles Nest Circle, Decatur, GA" in the search box. Select Bird's Eye View. The subdivision looks new and clean. There are some other newer subdivisions in the general neighborhood.

The area has lower income and higher crime than the rest of the metro area.
