Deccan Chargers’ captain http://www.senore.com/Cricket/KC-Sangakkara-c1779 praised the performances of fast bowler Ishant Sharma and leg spinner Amit Mishra in the current season of the Indian Premier League and said that both of them deserve to be in the Indian team in all the formats
of the game.
Sharma and Mishra are currently playing the fourth season of IPL representing the Chargers. Deccan has not done that well in the current season but their captain is extremely impressed with some of his players.
The left hander said that lanky Sharma has bowled brilliantly in the current season, even though he lacked match practice at the start of IPL but he was looking in good rhythm during the practice sessions. He said that Ishant has proved that he is the best
fast bowler in India at the moment along with http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Z-Khan-c98379. He also praised the consistency of his premier strike bowler.
Sangakkara said, “Ishant was really outstanding for us this season. When he came in he was a bit rusty, but you could see his top quality in the nets. He's probably the best fast bowler currently in http://www.senore.com/Cricket/India-c750 along with Zak (Zaheer Khan). He's proven in this
IPL by performing consistently, day in and out."
While talking about the leg spinner Amit Mishra, former Sri Lankan captain was all praise for him. The Sri Lankan said that he has first time seen Mishra so closely while keeping wickets to him. Sangakkara expressed that Mishra has all the qualities of a
successful leg spinner and he has got a big heart on top of that which is essential at the highest stage of the game.
“This is the first time I have seen http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Amit-c44003 from up close 'keeping to him. He's got all the tricks the leg spinner should have. At the same time what is important for a leggie is that he's got a huge heart, very strong character,” Sangakkara added.
Ishant and Amit have performed well at the international level but they have not been consistent enough and that is the reason why they lost their place in the Indian lineup. Both of them have been selected for the limited overs series against the http://www.senore.com/Cricket/West-Indies-c760
