Decent Pitching for my brother?

my bro is 20 years old he cant throw hard but this is what he throws

1 Fastball- 70-72 mph Lots of movement

2 Sinker-68-71 mph Breaks about 5 inches

3 Curveball- 50-56 mph Good Break

4 2 Seam Fastball 69-71 mph Good Movement

5 Slurve 60-65 mph Average Movement

how long has he been playing? b/c if he is 20 and can only throw 70 mph he has got some problems.  Im 21, havent pitched since i was 8 and can still throw in the low 80s.  Way too slow even for D III

u dont have to throw fast to be effective look at greg maddux but speed could help =p

its alright but god he is not a fast pitcher

Its ok, not good enough for any professional team or even a decent college team though. Velocity is way too slow.
