Decent central budget hotel in Rome, Italy?

InternoUno was a great bed and breakfast in Rome, about 2 stops from central Rome. They had flat screen LCD TV's in the rooms that had internet thru a wireless keyboard. Very modern and clean, and in an authentic neighborhood.

Best Bed and Breakfast.  They have 2 small bed and breakfasts located in Rome.  Clean, great locations, great food, and very reasonable.  I think the website is www.bbb.it

In March we stayed at the Hotel Mariano.  It was about 100Euro/night.  The hotel was being remodeled when we arrived.  Our room was a brand new quadruple overlooking the piazza.  I believe we were in room 306.  This hotel is only three blocks from the Termini.  This area has a bad reputation but we had no problem.  I would also like to make note this is the area where all the minorities live.  I am not sure if this effects the reputation of  the neighborhood or not, just making note.  The great thing was that being so close to the Termini we could get on all of the busses and trains within 5 minutes.   Also central in Rome doesn't really matter.  Rome is a pretty small city as most are in Italy.
