OK, so ive been thinking about vegetarian for awhile now... and its gotten to the point where now when i try to ea meat i like gag. so ive decided to make the leap! im gonna still eat milk and eggs (lacto ovo i think?) so i know what to do for breakfasts still, but as far as lucnches go i know a bit of hat to do but dinner- im lost
now, im not oing to go vegetarian right away, im learning and easing into it for now.
i would like dinner recipes that are affrdable, freeze well and can be made in large-ish or small batches, depending on how much i want. now, this will be a tricky thing because along with what ive already stated i cannot eat spicy food, avacaos, or mushrooms.
