Im about to get a new racket soon and my 2 top choices are the babolat aeropro drive with cortex and the wilson k factor k6 one 95, I like to put a lot of spin on the ball but also like a good mix of power and control so between the 2 what would you recommend, also I was at the tennis store and I saw the babolat aeropro drive and the babolat aeropro drive plus and i thought plus would mean bigger head size but then i looked at the head sizes between the 2 and there the same so what is the difference between the babolat aeropro drive and the babolat aeropro drive plus

  1. Those racquets are very different. The Wilson is a full ounce heavier than the Babolat and has a head size 5 inches smaller. The Wilson will be more of a control racquet, but the Babolat will be more conducive to imparting spin. You really ought to do more research and find out what you're comfortable playing with and demo several racquets with similar characteristics before deciding on which to buy. A pro shop professional will be happy to help you with this.

The difference between the 2 Babolat racquets is that the Plus is 0.5 inches longer (which also results in the balance being more head light).

  2. The difference of the two Babolat's actually is the length most of Babolat racket have the plus on them it means that the length is 27.5 inch instead of 27 inch... I like all of your choice on rackets... I personally would get the plus for more power :)

I hope this will help you

  3. Personally I would use the Aeropro Drive because it suites my game the best. I haven't tried the K-Six One but people tell me you have to really put some power on your shots to do any damage. The Aeropro Drive has a lot of "free power" meaning that since the frame is lighter, it is easier to swing fast and generate more power.

  4. Well I personally would go with the Babolat, I actually have that company and its one of my better racquets. And about the store, I am not sure if d**k's Sporting Goods would carry it but I know for sure the tennis warehouse would carry it. That's where I bought mine! Its an online store, I'm not sure if you are familiar with it but I love it!

    I hope this helps!

  5. Rebel Sport has a GREAT range of tennis racquets, gear and merchandise. It is essentially an all-in-one store. I got my Wilson KFactor from Rebel and generally they throw in free goodies (i.e. tennis balls or socks)
