What do you declare on the forms you fill out when flying to another country?

  1. If you have traveled to another country and are leaving that country and traveling back home, then the only things you really have to declare are souvenirs and things you purchased while overseas.  It doesn't really matter unless you bought more than (I think) $5000 worth of stuff or are carrying more than $10,000 worth of currency.  Don't worry.  It's no big deal.

    If you are entering a country, they ask you to declare any firearms (guns/weapons), chemicals, plants and sometimes fruits or soils, depending on the country.
