Decoding shy guy language - Why do shy guys hint and are hard to understand?

This SHY GUY have been hanging out all summer. I don't know our status, he shows his interest through action but doesn't say anything. We just play it by ear. It's been 3 months and we've seen each other 1/wk hanging out the whole afternoon watching DVDs together. When it's both of us, he'll be "outgoing" - cuddling, tickling, massages (YEAH). We don't txt/talk everyday.

On sat, i asked to hang out and he said "maybe" b/c he was cleaning his car getting ready for those car meets. We ended up not hanging out but suggest the next day. He never texted me the next day. On Monday, i asked again and he was watching a game but said he was "down afterwards". I understand he needs to hang out w. his guy friends so i lied and said i was busy. Wednesday afternoon HOWEVER, he randomly txted, "what are you up to". I didn't really reply back as fast and w. not alot of thought. I was pre-occupied bc i was thinking about hanging out w. the girls. Throughout the night, I asked, "so no plans?" and he said, "no not tonight". I said, "okay, then just watch our dvds"...

WAS HE HINTING I HANG OUT W. him? Why didn't he just ask?

this really sounds like something that happened to me recently

turns out the guy just liked playing with emotions though

and only wanted me there when he was feeling lonely

make sure you dont waste your time with this guy

if he does like you and you do go out.. think about this:

would you really want to be with someone that

won't grow the balls to tell you whats going on??

go by body language if he talks about s*x/dating it's on his mind.  If he open his legs at you and talks about s*x/dating then it's on his mind about you.

I think he likes you.  But one think is for sure...you can read into all the "I'm busy, no I'm free, no I'm busy".  People legitimately get busy or tired or parents say you can't go out......don't worry about that.

Just put your hand over his during a movie and see what happens.  If he moves his, say, "Whoops, thought that was the remote"
