Decorate before or after having cupboards fitted?

My daughter is having her room re-decorated and having new fitted cupboards but I don't know whether to have her room decorated before/after having the cupboards fitted as we need the room doing asap. Any advice?

Plan out exactly what you want to do in the room. If cupboards are the only thing going in, just paint the walls or wall before putting them in.
