Decorating help? Please help me redo my daughters bedroom!?

Question

We're redoing my daughters bedroom. She had it painted a sassy lilac color, but she thinks it's too light. She wants a bright color, sorta like orange, but she has sooo much light purple things!

I'm also really confused about what to do with the themes. She reallyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy loves the Jonas Brothers, and now Camp Rock (Cause the Jonas Brothers are in it), but she wants to incorporate icarly, a little bit of miley cyrus/hannah montana too. Plus. monkeys...... =] . And she has a whole lot of butterflies and flowers from her previous room.

Ideas?????

The butterflies and flowers will go well with bead curtains and each wall painted a different color. Maybe glitter up some picture frames, or add some glitter stars to the walls.

This is what we did with my daughter it may not work with your daughter but I thought I would share with you just in case.

She is in to all those Disney people to so what we did was painted each wall a different color, then on each wall that best described the person she hung things that was about that person. Such as posters and pictures and as far as Hannah Montana she has painted some flower hooks from the craft store and hung them up and she hangs her scarf's on them. She has also painted the jonas brother letters that we got at he craft store and hung that on the wall for them. visit your craft store and see what you all come up with... Let her be creative. You would be surprised what they come up with...

If it is a light lilac color then you can start by incorporating other bright colors such as orange, yellow, and lime green. The pictures and posters are just that pics and posters. Butterfly's and flowers are girly things anyway and I am sure they will go with those colors. Try putting some of the wall decor polka dots from Lowe's or Home depot on her walls. They make nice decorations for girls and it is something that they really don't outgrow. Good luck with decorating and if u have any more questions I will gladly try to advise you. I love to do interior decorating. I believe I went into the wrong field. LOL.

when re-decorating home, bedroom or any other room, always try to choose colors according to feng shui. in this case you will activate powers of 5 elements (water, earth, metal, wood and fire) and support all your lucky "areas" - this will attract love, romance, wealth, money, prosperity, luck etc etc
