Well i hope I'm right, but i assume you're a girl..

i jsut re-did my bedroom last year ad i had a blast doing it so hopefully i can help. I too have a small bedroom so i find that adding any extra furniture is difficult. So stick with what you nkow will fit.

Get a theme in mind. I gave my room kind of an asian theme, just on the colors and the pattern of my bedspread.

Seventeen is a GREAT brand for stuff for your room, the prices are reasonable. JCPenney Home store sells their stuff. I'm very hapy with the bedding i got there.

Try to go with a light color they tend to make the room look bigger. I'm not sure what your favorite colros are but i like these color combinations:

light pink,dark pink, brown

torquise,brown,white

purple,brown,lavender

Hang stuff on the wall, it makes up for the decorations that take up too much space on the floor of your room. Never make the walls too cluttered though.
