Decorating neoprene...???

k, so i got a new laptop case thing and its neoprene. its too plain, but it was the only one that fit...so could i put decals on it or something?? any other ideas??? THANKS!! :)

Decals might not stay.  Neoprene is stretchy by nature, so you might try paint pens, or some other form or decoration that isn't affected by stretching.  

If you're able, I'd imagine some sort of embroidery would last, despite the stretchy nature.
