Decorating room in snowboards? Ideas

I'm making my room in a snowboarding theme

Ice blue walls (warm the room by hanging darker blue drapes), white trim.  Hang a couple of snowboards horizontally across your wall as shelving.  Find a blue or white bedcover, purchase some fabric paint and graffitti the cover.  Find some really cool snowboarding prints, frame them and hang them above your bed.

Another idea - that would be quite costly, would be to attach snowboards vertically side by side along the length of one of your walls to create a "Wainscoating" look.  Paint above (on the wall) in pale blue and mural white snowmounds.  Only do this on one wall as it would make your room too "busy" and shrink it tremendously otherwise.

1. You could make a bench using two snowboards, one for the back rest and one for the seat.  



2. You could make a snowboard clock, drill a hole in the center of a snowbaord then put a clock mechanism in the back with the clock hands sticking through the hole.



3. Snowboard wall lamp, make a scone type of lamp with a horizontal snowboard attached to the wall at an angle, then insert some lights behind the board facing up.

I've seen them  a bench made  out of snowboards-this would make a great bench at the end of your bed!

I would make like a line of boards across your whole room hanging up and the paint to be blue. And then make a shelf for your trophy's

you should buy like a huge pack of magazine of snowboarding

and cover one wall with all pictures of snowboarders, snowboarding.

like the whole wall covered with pictures

hang up all your snowboards& paint each wall dark blues.

so the white of the snow on the pictures contrast.

it'll look so cool& go to a snowboarding place and get stuff on all snowboarding it's so coool!
