Decorations for a kitchen tea ....?

Question

I am helping plan my cousins kitchen tea. We need decorations. We don't want to spend too much but we dont want it to look tacky. We havent picked a colour but I am guessing Pink.

Any cool ideas would be appricated. We are all fairly crafty so that isn't an issue.

Thanks in advance. Oh and its at her house so we will only have the morning of to set up.

Have you checked Martha Stewart? She has tons of DIY. I remember seeing one where they used tissue paper to make these adorable puffs that really brightened up the room.

For the tables, I would do a really clean bright look. White tablecloths, a nice bunch of fresh flowers in the middle. Actually, Martha Stewart has a lot of really cool centrepieces too, so check that out.
