Deep breathes?

why do you need a deep breath and why is it so satisfying. Any tips on how to get it when I need one????

  1. Deep breaths get oxygen into your body and expel carbon dioxide. They're good because too much carbon dioxide could eventually kill you (if you've ever seen the movie "Apollo 13" recall the scene where the carbon dioxide or CO2 levels are dangerously high and they have to build an oxygen converter out of the supplies the astrounauts have onboard)
