Deep cleaned black nozzle several times, but still...

Question

I have deep cleaned, re-aligned, changed ink tank, and done everything I know to do, but... when printing a text page, all black printing comes out splotchy. The printing looks like a print head is dirty, but after cleaning multiple times and re-aligned, etc., NOTHING has helped.
