Deep cutt needs to heal......helllp

Help....

I cutt myself..

And its awfully bad.

Its in the middle of my arm and about an inch wide.

Any tips on how to help it heal...

I recently had surgery on my knee & ankle and used Cod Liver Oil on the incisions - it really helped.  I took the capsules (3-6 per day) and then 3-4 times a day I cut open a capsule and rubbed the oil on my incisions and let it soak in (you can't really "rub" when it's still fresh).  It'll really help - good luck!
