  1. Make your own fried oreos. Dip them in buttermilk then put into the deep fryer, shouldn't be too hard. That actually sounds good, I might try it too.

  2. Hello!

    I tried to look up your location in Chicago, Illnois but I was not able to find any results

    Well, I am a huge deep fried oreos fan and I first had them

    in Aruba when i was on vacation and let me tell you OMG they were DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!

    this is my all time fave dessert now!!

    So much infact that I make them at home for my family.

    The recipe is quite simple to make.

    Heres a pic for visual-

    ===Ingredients===

    1 (20 ounce) package Oreo cookies

    2 cups Bisquick or your ( favorite dry pancake mix )

    2 eggs

    1 1/2 cups milk

    3 teaspoons oil

    vegetable oil (enough for deep frying)

    ===Directions===

    1-Blend Bisquick, eggs, milk, and 3 tsp oil until smooth.

    2-Preheat your deep fryer to about 375°F (use a thermometer if you wish to deep fry in a pan).

    3-Dip the cookies in the batter mixture until totally covered and then place in the hot oil (cookies will float).

    4-Keep checking and turn over the cookie when bottom side of Oreo is brown.

    5-Keep a close watch because it only takes a short time to brown.

    6-Remove cookies and eat warm.

    Hope that helps you!

  3. Briefly dip an oreo in milk, or milk with an egg mixed in (just to get it wet, not all soggy), dredge it in flour, and slide it into some hot oil.
