Deeply Moving Epitaph on the wall of a Barbados church?

Years ago, I visited a church in Barbados and remember being so moved by an epitaph written for a woman who died in childbirth. It was written on a marker placed on an interior wall of the church (the same wall as the entry). And now . . . I can't remember what said, just that it was a very moving tribute to her. Does anyone know this epitaph? It was in an old, historic church mostly away from the hustle-and-bustle of any urban place. Thank you so much!
