Deer Crossing Signs and Road Guardrails?

How does someone go about getting a guardrail and a deer crossing sign put up on a neighborhood highway?

Does the requester have to pay to have them put up or does it come out of state money?

First is a County, state, or local road.  

Contact your local Road Department, and request they look into it.

there is certain criteria that an area must meet to have a guardrail installed.  Such as a number of accidents or a drop off
